Our Core Polices

These foundational policies are universally applicable to all clients engaging with Jahvaughny Inc.

Jahvaughny Inc.'s policies and procedures may be changed or updated at any time without prior notice

Unique Designs

At Jahvaughny Inc., we uphold a strict policy against duplicating designs for multiple clients. Each project is treated with utmost creativity, resulting in original designs tailored exclusively to your needs.

Working Hours

Our delivery timelines and response hours are limited to business days:

Monday to Friday: 9 am to 4 pm

Saturday: 10 am to 3 pm

Sundays and Holidays are excluded, except where explicitly specified

Email responses are typically provided within 24-48 hours during business hours. All communication takes place within the designated work hours.

Hourly Rates

Design edits, changes, and updates: US$47 / $7,520 JMD (Per Hour)

Training sessions: US$37 /$5,920 JMD (Per Hour)

Consultations

We offer complimentary consultations for all our services. Both existing and prospective clients are welcome to schedule free 15-minute to 30-minute calls to discuss their projects.

Revisions, Design Approvals, Resizes, Sharing of Work Created, Artwork/Layered Files

Our design services include options for either unlimited revisions or a specified number of complimentary changes. After using the complimentary changes, further modifications are billed at the hourly rate.

For certain projects, such as websites, there are rounds of revisions with unlimited changes within each round. Once the rounds are exhausted, additional revisions will be charged at the hourly rate.


Upon client approval and delivery of the final high-quality downloadable file, the project is considered closed. Any further changes requested after approval will be billed at our hourly rate.


Design resizes for graphics are priced at 50% of the original design cost.


While Jahvaughny Inc. reserves the right to publish or showcase websites, social media content, animations, and graphics created for a client, we are willing to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) provided by the client for content that requires confidentiality, not exceeding twelve (12) months.


Upon completion, we deliver designs in formats such as PDFs, PNGs, JPEGs, and MP4s. Layered files in formats like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects are not part of the complimentary handover but can be requested at an additional cost of US$97 / $15,520 JMD per file, including the font files used.

Payments Methods, Payment Plans, Refunds

We accept payments via Bank Transfer (Jamaican Dollars or USD) and PayPal (USD). Cash and Cheques are not accepted. All quotes are provided in USD, with an exchange rate of US$1 : JMD$160 for Jamaican Dollar payments.

Payment plans are available for Website Design services. Other services, such as logo design and other graphic design commissions, require a 50% payment upfront before the project commences.

Regardless of the payment plan chosen, a 50% deposit is required before a project begins, except under the "Full 100% Payment Plan," which allows customers to pay 100% of the fees upfront.


A full refund is possible if work has not commenced on a project after funds have been paid to Jahvaughny Inc. Once work has started, funds already paid are non-refundable. If a 50% deposit is made and a refund is requested before project completion, the deposit is non-refundable, but the remaining 50% is not required since the project is incomplete.

Ending Working Relations

We understand that not every partnership is ideal. Jahvaughny Inc. reserves the right to end working relations with clients deemed unsuitable for a productive collaboration. However, all agreed-upon and paid work will be completed before official dissolution. Grounds for dissolution include, but are not limited to, disrespect, poor communication, unreliability, and unaccountability.

Website Polices

These policies apply to all Website Clients of Jahvaughny Inc.

Timelines

All website plans specify the estimated number of weeks required for clients to receive their initial website draft. The timeline begins once the website consultation is concluded, the client signs the agreement form, makes a 50% deposit, and provides all necessary information. Jahvaughny Inc. will present subsequent drafts within 7-10 business days after receiving comprehensive feedback from the client.

Website Feedback

Website feedback operates through rounds of revisions, determined by the selected website design plan. During each round of revisions, there is no limit to the number of requests a client can make. After the final website draft, any additional requests for changes will be billed at Jahvaughny Inc.'s hourly rate. If no further changes are needed, the website will be launched within three (3) business days.

Website Handover

Upon website launch and receipt of full payment, the website will be entirely handed over to the client. The client becomes responsible for all aspects of the website. Jahvaughny Inc. shall not be held liable for any damage to or accidental deletion of a website not hosted by us.

For websites hosted by Jahvaughny Inc: Site will be published when a full payment in made, and not before.

Website Maintenace

Optional Website Maintenance services are available after a website has been launched. Monthly Updates are available for a cost of US$47 / $7,520 JMD (Per Hour). Clients who prefer occasional maintenance can access these services at our hourly rate. Maintenance services are only offered to clients who have a website that was built by Jahvaughny Inc.

Website Training

Online website training sessions are available for at our hourly rate. An outlined agenda and agreed-upon hours will be presented to the client.

Refunds

A full refund is possible if work has not commenced on a project after funds have been paid to Jahvaughny Inc. Once work has started, funds already paid are non-refundable. Specific refund conditions apply if the project is incomplete. (An initial 50% deposit which was made before services commenced is by no means refundable if work has begun)

Abandoned Projects (Applicable to all Projects; websites or otherwise, done by JahvaughnyInc)

If there is no communication from the client within 30 days, the project will be deemed abandoned, and deposits made are non-refundable. Before projects are deemed abandoned, Jahvaughny Inc. will reach out to customer a minimum of three (3) times before, before projects are archived, after 60 days have elapsed, the project will be discarded. For more information on refunds, please review our refund policy. Should you attempt to contact us after the 30-day period, a start-up fee may be applicable if the project was archived.
